So are you for or against the death penalty?

I am against it for I believe no one has the right to take the life of another.

im for the death penalty. I think if you killed a person intentionaly knowing what you were doing you should be killed. The only reason to kill some one is war, self defence( if some one is threating your life), or if some one is threating the life of a loved one.

but let me say something.. i am FOR death penality BUT you said that people should only be killed in war... and you said not intentionally killing people... so you are saying that when people go in war and fight... they don't kill enemies intentionally but accidentally?

They do,but he also said in self defense,and war is really self defense,if we banned war the other countries would kill us all.

no i said the ONLY REASON to kill some one is war, self defence( if some one is threating your life), or if some one is threating the life of a loved one.. that dosnt mean accidently that means you have the intention of killing that person but you have a reason to do it. If some one had a gun to your moms head and the only way to save her is to kill the person with the gun would you do it? I know i would.
Ill give you an example of a person I thaught should have been sent to death.
Itss like that one case were the women killed her child and testified she didnt but then later on confessed saying that she was mental And they didnt give here the death penalty. she put her childs body in a blanket and stuck a heart sticker on her and left her in the woods I think she should have been killed

I think I forgot to mention I don't support dramatic,drastic or painful death penaltys,simply a drug to kill somebody.
