| since Ciel is the only one here that can change names or do the whole post thing other divisions that are captians under memmber status have to go to ciel if they want a memmber to have there rank changed so this is all weird. Ciel you should just make your 6th division rules for all divisions because clearly we need to go to you to get anything done D= | |
