Cosplay pictures size limit

I noticed that in the cosplay picture thread thing
the thread body is strechted
is there a way the tech supports can set up some sort of thing
that will automatically adjust the size of pics when someone puts it up?

isnt image size adjustable with HTML/bbCode?
maybe just make a rule that people must limit the picture size to xyz pixels (in height or width) or something, and they can adjust it themselves?
idk, its just an idea. :/

What about a rule where have to direct link photos bigger than xyz pixels?

i think a rule might work... but ppl will have to read the rule
(sumetimes a member can just skip to the VERY end ignoring the stuff above
and etcetc *what i do*)
