U think we can make like a 13 Gotei like in bleach man?where each group have captain and vice-captain that would be awsome in mey opinon

I think
there should be around.. 13 or 11 (Gin-sama, the blind dude and aizen are gone)
different sectors
and then theres one uh mod or w.e for each sector
sector example: cosplay, general discussion or w.e
