Move the Chatango Chat

You could maybe make it so that the Chatango chat appeared on the side at all times. I think it would make it so more people talked on it and maybe would bring a lot more activity to the site ^^

True but the chat size is too large. We could put it at the bottom though, which is a good idea.

can the chat box be resized to fit somewhere on every page?
i believe it to be a good idea if it were to be viewed at all times :D
